“I will be truthfully honest with this review. The first meeting I had with Ryan doing the estimate went great. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable with doing the fence. After we signed and paid right then and there for the fence I went to read reviews as I was excited for my new fence. I know it's a bad practice and backwards but it's what happened. I came to be very worried as this is the most money I have ever spent on a home project. I was quickly reassured of all my worries by Luke the Project Manager. The crew showed up the first day and my yard was never marked by the utility companies. With that being said Dan Dale called and had them come out later that day. So they weren't able to install the first date scheduled. I will tell you the crew was great, nice guys hard working and absolutely professional. The first day we went over the plan and talked it all out and then the second day they came and did the install when I was at work. The crew arrived around 8am-9am. I ended up arriving home around 2pm to the job being 98% of the way done. I'm assuming they went to lunch, when they arrived back they finished the final section and did a great job. After that the job site was cleaned and they were on their way. Overall I was slightly hesitant to go with Dan Dale but looking back now I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and will recommend them no questions asked.Services: Deer fencing & ranch rail installation“

Xavier was friendly, very helpful and kept me informed continuously from the initial visit to completion. “I have used NE IronWorks for 4 jobs over the years. Dan provides great customer service and is really friendly. He understood every job description of mine, and his crew delivered superb workmanship. I found him 12 years ago by wanting to hire a local company near Capital Hill East. He responded quickly to me when my insurance company requireed that I have a handrail down the front yard's stairs. I called him a year later to install an upside down U in my backyard to lock up my Honda gas scooter. As the years progressed, I had him design the railings on my front porch, and he retrofitted my wooden fence with iron bars on the inside of the back yard. I've recommended him to friends.“
