Re: Alethea NairneI bought a pair of glasses 1-1/2 years ago at the Kaiser Medical Center in Kensington. I took them back at least three times because my vision was blurry and they gave me a headache. I was repeatedly told that I wasn't giving myself enough time to adjust to the glasses. I continued to wear glasses that were 12 yrs. old because I couldn't wear the ones I bought in 2022. I'm retired on a tight fixed income, and can't afford to throw away $500 glasses that were impossible to wear!! I have been with Kaiser since the early 1900's. I am so happy with Kaiser that I turned down a job because the company didn't offer Kaiser for health care. My first doctor, Dr. "Krist" was so good that I sent a letter to Kaiser's Headquarter's HR pointing out her excellent service. My current doctor is even better. With the Government's programs I get through Kaiser doesn't cost me anything. My only cost is a copay I have to pay a Government contractor, Express Scrips, for medication for service connected disabilities. There couldn't be a better medical service than Kaiser.
