I've been to this salon about 4-5 times. Aside from today (more on that later), my previous experiences have been overall positive. The salon is in a convenient location and I liked that they could take walk-ins. I never had to wait once I was there, and was always happy with my pedicures. I also appreciated that the salon used disposable liners in their tubs. The one thing I could nitpick is that there are hidden fees that they don't tell you about upfront. For instance, I got a gel pedicure earlier this year. When I went back a couple months later, they said there was a $5 fee for removing the gel. They never told me that when I got the gel originally.
Decided to get a pedicure on a whim today, never been to this place before. The technician was nice, very pushy though as she kept trying to convince me to get the most expensive service that I did not want.
Anyway, as I was sitting in the chair, a rodent ran across the floor. I understand that pests happen…but, really?! Made me question the sanitation. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

I’m so glad I finally went into this nail salon after seeing it sit across the street from Whole Foods. Ti convinced me to get dip powder after my first visit when I got a regular gel polish. I was reluctant because of a bad experience I had after trying to remove a dip powder set on my own. Ti not only does good work but she’s friendly and funny. The other technicians are polite and professional. There is a relaxed atmosphere in this place.
