My friend and I stubbled upon this nail salon a few weeks ago while walking around Silver Spring. From the outside, it was a pretty salon, so we planned a time that we would go together. We walked in and were told it would probably be 30 minutes before we could be seen - no problem. I wanted a dip manicure & regular pedicure, and my friend wanted just a dip manicure with tips. After 10 minutes, I was brought to a seat to file my previous dip nails off. She didn't soak them first and went straight to filing - it burned my nails & I asked if I could please soak them first, because that's what I'm used to. So I’ll just talk about my experience today (08/20/23). I’ve been here twice. My first time, Lynn did my nails and she did an amazing job(green). The second time, I made an appointment with Lynn but was given someone else. This is where I should’ve known things were about to go bad. I showed the lady assigned to me a certain design I wanted with chrome and she told me the price for that would be $85. The chrome ended up looking patchy so we decided on a classic white French tip and she said the price for that would be $65. There was some miscommunication as I said “do a classic white French tip instead” where she started to do a black French tip with white lining....read full review

This business's contempt for its clients is palpable. I've had my nails done here several times. The service is mediocre while the attitude is lukewarm to cold. Although it's centrally located and offers a service people need and want this business seems to be failing. The shoppers and waxing clients who should be using it aren't. We aren't because the business is unwelcoming. With no especially talented technicians or unique services to offer and a stank attitude from management, this nail bar will continue to be a disappointment without a drastic change in management style.
