“I purchased a topper online and called Lisa to see if she could help customize the color and style. From our initial conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Lisa is a master at her craft! She nailed the color and thinned out the topper so it perfectly blends with my natural hair. Without my asking, she took it upon herself to replace ALL of the clips with smaller ones to better fit my head. She demonstrated how to blow dry and style the piece and provided expert tips on storage and care.When Lisa finished working her magic and secured the topper in place, I was in such disbelief at the transformation, I began to cry happy tears.Lisa TRULY goes above and beyond. She listens and simply ‘gets’ it.
