There are times when life throws you a few curve balls. Back in 2016 life was throwing me a few. I had this rental property that I simply didn't have time to manage. I found Piero Marinucci and not to sound overly dramatic but he was a blessing. He simply took charge. I had some major repairs that were needed to unit from the previous tenants and he took care of it. When all the repairs were made he carefully screened all the prospective tenants. He always made sure I was aware of everything related to the condo. I actually moved out of the country in 2017 but felt confident that he was overseeing everything.
