I can't say enough good things about this healthcare provider. The office staff is friendly, caring, and helpful. Dr Park, who I see as my opthalmologist, provides excellent care, answers all my questions thoroughly, and is delightful to chat with (an undervalued, but great skill to have for anxious patients).

They don't answer phones. They don't return calls. Ive been patient with this, but I'm moving on to find a different opthamologist. Been trying to get needed info regarding scheduled cataract surgery. Just impossible to get phone calls answered and/or voicemails returned. Routine eye exams ok, but otherwise interaction with staff is frustrating.

I called and my friend told me I should leave a review after response from receptionist on phone. She acts like she doesn’t like the her job. Just called to ask if they had availability for appointments and she seemed confused and was weirdly rude for someone in customer service.
