Radon Abatement Services LLC, led by John, is highly recommended for addressing radon exposure concerns. They provide excellent communication, keeping customers informed throughout the process. The team is professional, punctual, and answers all questions. They deliver high-quality work, ensuring the system meets or exceeds expectations. The results are effective, significantly reducing radon levels and blending well with existing layouts. Customers are left satisfied and relieved of radon-related worries. This group did an excellent job installing a Radon abatement system at homes. Installation, communication and professionalism was superb. They addressed many questions and worked to find a location that did not detract from the view of the home. The final radon readings were well below the EPA recommended level. Their price was comparable to others and their website was extremely informative. They included a lifetime guarantee for the building that is transferable when the home is sold, 5 year warranty for fan and one year for labor. Customers had a very good experience working with John and the team. Some setups required out-of-the-box thinking to find a solution, but John took the time to work through all of the choices to find the best option for remediation. The post-install radon levels in homes are excellent. Customers would highly recommend working with Radon Abatement Services. John and the team were honest, reasonably priced and did great quality work. Customers explored other vendors and they were by far the best in terms of pricing, professionalism, patience and being knowledgable.
Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, they explained the process well, and the work was done efficiently with everything left clean and tidy. Our radon levels went from above 14 on the day of installation to below 0.2 within 36 hours, and have stayed below 0.8 since installation three weeks ago. I feel much better knowing our levels are now safe. Highly recommend!
Thanks to the RAS team! Walter, Caesar, and Alexi were a pleasure to work with. They were quick and considerate of my space -- putting canvas down where they came through my home. I needed the fan installed in a finished space which was an extra $200. This was worth it as they were full service -- tying the electrical into a nearby outlet, cutting the carpet to fit around the new pipe, and patching the drywall after the job was completed. They also had the foresight to add a piece of PVC to ensure the exhaust pipe was split between two windows (instead of just outside my bedroom window). All completed in just a few hours!
Every aspect of our interaction with Radon Abatement Services has been excellent. From the initial quote to the install, the communication and follow up was flawless. Most impressive was, when we had an issue 1.5 years later, they came out immediately to address it. Less than 2 days after we contacted them, they fixed our problem. I think Radon Abatement Services has been the most impressive of any vendor we have used for our condo association!
