Very helpful and professional team came to clean my ducts. They were helpful in identifying the problem with my furnace. I opted for the sanitizing package as I had had several issues with furnace including suit getting into system, but the chemical smell of the sanitizer was very strong, made me nauseous and gave me a headache, so if you are sensitive to chemical smell don't opt for this. The price was pretty high but they came right away both times, for the inspection and for the cleaning. They also fixed the broken chimney cap of the furnace exhaust chimney on the roof. So all in all they were great!

Excellent!!!Five stars well deserved!From the onset, calling with questions to setting the appointment with Helen very happy.To the service tech Mike (even before he arrived, he called to advise that he would be delayed due to traffic) Wonderful!I see why Pure Air Duct comes highly rated and recommended.Everything was explained beforehand and it was done efficiently.There was minimal debris from even with the amount of dust as they cleaned from room to room.The air definitely smells clean!I am extremely pleased with the service.Companies that keep the service and customer in their business motto are a gem.
