Primary & Alternative Medical Center: Jean Welsh, MD

I transferred my family to this doctor. She is very attentive and easy to talk to. She addressed my medical concerns while in the office. Sadly, the way the practice is ran brings down the value of a good doctor. My issue with this practice is that they never answer phone calls for patients or outside providers. The phone calls routes to an automated text. The text line also goes ignored for hours and sometimes days. The lab tech on site is very welcoming and nice. I wish I could give Ms. Welch.. I’m sorry!! DR WELCH!!! As I was told by her when I accidentally call her Ms… lol a -5 ⭐️ Myself, sister and Mother has been seeing this so called doctor for years… I started patronizing her because of my mother.. wanted to support a black women Doctor that’s also Jamaican, as we are Jamaicans. worst mistake.. she always have us waiting.. we never get called about our results and the icing on the cake.. her attitude!! Its sad how long this doctor takes to service her clients smdh then when she gets to u she doesn't touch u or examine u she just talk ask questions she could have done that over a zoom meeting. I don't think she cares because her attitude be stink
