“I have used Bug Off Pest Specialists on a number of occasions. We moved into a new home and it came with a family of mice wreaking havoc in the basement. Cjei came in and immediately pointed out the obvious signs that the mice had been living in the home for quite some time. “Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.

I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.

He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.

We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.
