Replaced 2 check valves on main water line. Quick response, great communicator, very helpful, easy to work with, and a very nice guy. I'm very satisfied, and will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I can't tell you how satisfied I was with Payless Plumbing. I had 4 different well-reviewed plumbers come out for a price consultation on removing an old gas water heater and installing a new one, and Payless' price was the most reasonable by far. Zivko, Payless' plumber, was the only consulting plumber who foresaw a potential inspection issue with the size of my utility room based on the minimum ambient space needed for the size of the water heater. He walked me through his thought process on how to mitigate the issue, installing a vent to connect the utility room and the extra bedroom, in order to include that area in the ambient space total. Water heaters last about 10 years, Zivko, from Payless Plumbing installed my last water heater 10 1/2 years ago. I remember that Zivko was one of my first 5 star reviews for a service industry. Zivko's professional hard worth ethic and dedication to the industry has kept his 4.8 star review status over the last decade. He arrives on time, works hard, and sells quality products. He has reasonable and competitive prices. He even helped me with a problem not related to the water heater. That is service above and beyond. Zivko, is so pleasant and easy to work with. He does a great job and I have the utmost confidence in his company and his work. I highly recommend him.
