Payless Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Drains

I don’t get the bad reviews cause this guy was excellent. We had a water line that busted right before a long trip so time was of the essence. I rang up and the gentleman was able to come right out the same day and work the issue. His communication was stellar and he explained everything from start to finish, which is how I like it. Extremely thorough. The price was fair and reasonable given the time frame, and he made it known what the costs would be up front which were agreed upon before the work was done. Excellent service and pricing! He really walked us through what needed to be done and from our water heater, a mystery leak, to replacing our outdoor spigot every interaction has been of the utmost quality.

Our AC stopped working during the heat wave and they responded within 20 minutes with an appointment for the next day on Saturday which we were grateful for. He was punctual, kind, and took the time to explain what he was and wasn't seeing. He figured out the issue was a dead pump and he replaced it quickly. He didn't try to upcharge me in any way and even explained why I didn't need to do more expensive work (I was worried about the fan motor noise, which resolved when he fixed the pump). Lastly, he was kind of enough to also replace an outdoor pipe that I asked about last minute, which saved me money on the diagnostic fee for having someone come out again.... read full review
