Nifty Pro Cleaner LLC is a very professional entity, and they provide exceptional service. We hired them for a move-in cleaning, and I am highly satisfied. Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch. We had to reschedule our reservation numerous times, and they were quite understanding and flexible. I highly recommend this company.

Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. This is a well-run team with very responsive and capable management at the center (they use online tools to track with real time updates and reminders) and also on the “field” (meaning in the home when the crew comes to clean) and ive used the cleaning services for over a year. Very responsive and accommodating to owners’ specifics. Superb job they do. And this is a local small business!Services: Standard clean
