This place comes highly recommended by a friend who recently became a new customer.If you’re in a real pickle with the MVA because they refuse to help you, you should give this place a shot because they’re very competent.
Giving a shout out to STEPHANIE - as well as Mirna!!! Stephanie accomplished in 1 day what the MVA couldn’t resolve in 2 months of endless phone calls/emails (MVA still wouldn’t have resolved it even if i gave them 10 more months——SMFH). On their website, the MVA claims to provide “premier customer service.” Here’s an example of how “premier”: I complimented an MVA customer service rep on her manicure. Her response? She said “thank you” while rolling her eyes at me - WOW. (This was at MVA Walnut Hill on 5/16/23 for a 1pm apptmt. Don’t know her name but she’s got an Eastern European accent and brassy-looking blonde hair. Looks like someone needs... read full review
