My ophthalmologist (Dr. Baum) of the last decade or so retired in 2022. He even took some leave during the height of COVID so I saw Dr. Gabry. Now for the past two years I have been seeing Dr Gupta. All three doctors are gems. I've never had a problem, making an appointment or any problems with the receptionist. I have found that making an appointment at 8:30 in the morning is the key to getting in and out quickly. They really do a thorough job with all the routine checks for a standard eye exam. My mom has glaucoma, so it's important for me to keep a check on my eye health. I've got that covered here for a small copay with my insurance.

Dr.Gupta,the staff at Maryland Eye and everyone at Friendship Surgery are to be commended on their professionalism.Having eye surgery is as stressful as can be,and everyone did a great job of minimizing any anxiety.The final outcome is greatly improved vision.Anyone on the fence about having cataract surgery should put themselves in Dr.Guptas’ capable hands.
