I decided to give this shop a chance even though it didn’t have many reviews, and I completely regret it. Traveling over the road into a completely new state for myself, I was eager to find a new loctician that I could go to long term. I began calling this shop over an hour before my appt time to advise that my ETA had changed and that I would be arriving later than I originally planned into the city. Once someone finally answered, I tried to work out an alternative so that my lateness would in no way affect any other clients she had booked for the day. Just had the worst experience of my life.. I paid through there website before I got my hair done which was a red flag because it did not give me an option to book unless I paid first once I arrived I was immediately met with contention and accusations of me being a scammer, and was immediately told that, even though I already paid with the debit card that I had with me, they would not do the work, unless I pay them again, and very rudely me to say go get cash or we’re not doing anything even though you already paid paid so then because I have a photo shoot, I said OK I thought about it for a second because it was very disheartening that somebody who I never met before...read full review

They are unprofessional and exhibit jealous behavior. The youngest sister whom acts the oldest is inexperienced. She kept wanting to cut my hair because it was slightly matted and all she had to do was take oil and gently separate. She persisted and insisted upon cutting my hair. After everything was done my hair only lasted a week before I had to take it down. Also they lie and say they're "all natural" and use "all natural hair care products". Heck the girls own hair was bleached and badly damaged which should have been a red flag for me, they spray your hair with ORS Olive Oil Sheen spray. Definitely ain't all natural ingredients. Then get this y'all. I tried to lighten the tension because it was very awkward with her constantly insulting me about my hair. I was like I'm hungry. To get off subject. Her and her sister also mentioned they're hungry. Once payment of $120 was made I collected my belongings to leave. I go across the parking lot to the nearby Jamaican food spot. What do know here come the "Sistahss" talkin about some "Oh you came here, you could buy us some food" I just laughed because clearly they slow. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HAIR! P.S. only giving one star because I can't leave it at 0 in order to post this review.
