Leisure World Opticians Inc. Exams and Glasses

After reading the negative reviews I'm confused and truly shocked. My sister and I are customers of Leisure World Opticians. We have had nothing but amazing service from Mark. Leisure World Opticians provided me with the best glasses I have ever had and I really appreciate the care & concern that Mark provided me in selecting both pairs of glasses. Mark's customer service was outstanding. My sister feels the same way about Leisure World Opticians that they are simply outstanding. My sister is going back next week for her new glasses and I know I will be visiting Leisure World Opticians in the future. I'm shocked by the negative reviews. I've been going here for three years now and am quite pleased with their skill and services they provide. I get my contact lenses from them, at decent price. The doctor is thorough, and does the same diagnostic procedures I've had in other places, using similar equipment. Mark is great. He engages with customers sincerely and professionally, and looks for ways to save money on purchases. He is warm, polite, and personable, albeit less formally than other medical offices.

I'm unsure about the negative or positive reviews on this office as they seem so conflicting. As a younger person I knew at this particular office, I wasn't the target demographic but I found fantastic care and communication. It was easy to call and make an appointment, I was not sitting there for 30 min+ like I have at other eye doctors. They seem to really take their time with each patient. But not overbooking themselves where you feel rushed. Every time I called or received a call it was from Mark and he was the MOST helpful.
