From the moment I spoke to Freddy on the phone, I was pleased by her professionalism. I drove an hour to get to her shop on a Friday morning. I wasn't sure of exactly what style I wanted, and she was very patient with helping me decide. Not only was she able to help me decide on a look, but she even mixed the perfect color to match my lightened hair. I enjoyed chatting with Freddy. She was very pleasant and personable.I could tell that she takes pride in her work. I'm growing my hair from a short haircut and was surprised at how she was able to grip my shorter hair without causing me discomfort and how quickly she completed my twists.
