When I've called they've sent either father or son, one time with multiple jobs both father and son. They both seem to know what they are doing given every time my problem got fixed before they left at what I felt like was a reasonable price. We had the plumbing for our entire century old house updated. On the scheduled day Terry and his crew were on time, efficient, thoughtful and courteous to my husband and I, and to each other as well. Very professional and respectful. They protected our home by wearing booties over their shoes whenever inside. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. His son Patrick came in the next day and the job was completed in two days! Everything was cleaned up -sweeping inside and outside, hauling away all the old metal piping. Wouldn’t bring my business anywhere else. Honest, on time, confirms and follows up on appointments, explains the job to satisfaction.
