My husband and I have had a wonderful relationship with Masoud Molayem, the Sales Manger at the FloorMax in Aspen Hill, MD. We live in a 10-story high-rise building in Leisure World and he did an outstanding job with the flooring and painting in our common areas—the lobby, all ten floor hallways, common kitchen and bathroom flooring, etc. So, when it came time for us to install flooring in our own condo, we did not hesitate to call Masoud. Our ten-story condominium in Leisure World, Silver Spring recently renovated our lobby and ten hallways. As chair of the Building and Grounds Committee in our building, I put a subcommittee together to work on this project. Having previously dealt with Masoud Molayem, Sales Manager, at the Silver Spring, MD office, we decided to bring him in to do the flooring portion of the lobby and hallway project.

I could not be more pleased with my new bedroom carpet from Floor Max. The entire transaction went smoothly. Masoud was extremely helpful, both in choosing color (his eye for color is exceptional) and his attention to staying within my price range, The installers arrived on time, were courteous, professional and did an excellent job in laying the carpet. Would definitely recommend.
