We had a fantastic experience working with Encore Decor for a two-day business conference. I did not offer much in the way of lead time, but their team, led by Sara, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent options for us to consider. The set-up team dealt with some challenges upon arrival that were out of their control but handled it all well to get the job done for us in a timely manner, even calling in support to ensure timelines were met. I will happily call Encore Decor again for a future DC-area event.
My organization used Encore Decor for two events within the past year. We could not have asked for a more cooperative and helpful experience. Crystal worked with us to create a flower arrangement with very few details, and they were amazing! They allowed us to keep costs low and still create a beautiful space with beautiful flowers.
