They sent me a brand new gorgeous arrangement and a note of apology.Good customer service is hard to find these days and I will definitely use this company for all my floral needs! I had an issue with flowers I bought from a 3rd party and needed to have them fixed and trimmed as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. I reached out to these guys and was introduced to the most friendly and understanding staff they’re work was quick and she loved the arrangement a perfect 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning!

I had a wonderful experience with Creative Floral Designs. I called in a day before to inquire about getting 2 nice floral arrangements for my aunt's funeral and I had the pleasure of speaking with Donna. She was an absolute sweetheart! She took the time to go over several options and color schemes with me within my budget and at the end of the day, I ended up with 2 stunning floral arrangements that exceeded my expectations! ?
