She took the time to do a thorough exam on my first visit, and I really appreciated her reminder during that session that even if I only felt a little pain it was still pain, and the goal was to get me to no pain. “This is a clean and accessible facility. The chiropractic care is careful and considered. I was worried that the walk-in nature of the practice would keep me waiting, but it did not. There was plenty of time to describe and get to the issues, and I always leave more comfortable than I was when I went. I've had serious neck problems, and have had neurologic surgery, so I understand the value of quality care. I live out in Takoma Park and drive all the way to Aspen Hill (a terrible drive) because that's where it's at. Ignore the bad reviews. I have no idea what they are talking about, and it doesn't seem they have given the practice occasion to remedy what they complained about.“
