The company is very friendly and attentive to your needs. They have a few internal communication problems between the technicians, dispatchers and operations management staff. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Jason did an outstanding job. He explained things thoroughly to help me understand what went wrong. He also made sure that the replacement parts were upgraded to avoid a future failure. He was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company!
Caton's was able to schedule one of their techs, David W., to repair my sump pump the same day I called. This was a relief considering a torrential downpour was expected the next day. David was responsive to my questions and professional.
