Care for Your Health

This is not a review for the doctors who see patients. They are excellent providers and care for their patients.
The problem is with the staff. They are plain rude and uncaring. When they answer the phone they do not even introduce the organization or themselves. This is supposed to be a nonprofit caring for people's health and the first point of contacts are a group of unprofessional people. It is a Shame that these group of unprofessional staff are tarnishing all the good work of the providers. I work in Healthcare myself and know what the standard should be and the staff just don't cut it.

One of the best physicians I've had. First meeting was 1.5 hours with Dr. Izqueirdo going over all my past medical history and then setting a course for further treatment. I was going to 4 different doctors, and now I can just see Dr. Anna for almost all my needs. She also is easy to talk to and will give you the pros and cons of any treatments.

It’s been a week and I still haven’t received our covid results. No one answers the phones.
