I needed some shingles replaced and also needed the completed work to be approved by HOA. Fyi: the shingles are hard to match due to age so i thought getting the HOA's approval was going to be tough. This company guaranteed that they could get the HOA's approval, which they did! The price was very competitive, the company was very responsive to all my inquiries and they did everything i asked them to in a timely manner.

The owner had a great business concept to repair and hopefully get the opportunity to replace my roof in the spring. He stated he wasn't like the others who would just recommend a new roof, however when the estimate to repair to get me through the winter came in, the repair was close to the cost of a roof. It was just a twist on words, and I would not recommend using this company.

Louis & Shai are amazing!! 3 projects completed and they were all 5 stars in every way. First, Candid Contractors replaced our roof. Their bid was 10% lower than the others AND were using higher quality materials. Next they came and completely revamped our backyard landscaping to a more sustainable and beautiful area. Shai has us now producing our own vegetables in our garden. Lastly, they came back and added a sunroom to our newly rejuvenated backyard. We absolutely love this company!!
