The only reasons I didn't give five stars is the bit high cost of parts I obtained from Blain W&D (have I known what to look for I would have paid 50-60% less via Amazon, but....). Otherwise, I recommend this business to anyone who needs parts for their windows and is clueless (as I was) what to get. They worked with me patiently to identify my old broken parts and found the prefect fits. Everyone was cordial, timely and very helpful (specifically the lady at the counter sales by the name Yasmine, she was ????) considering that the whole transaction was done via email and few phone calls.

I had a great customer experience with Blaine Window and Door. From my first call to schedule an appointment to the technician’s visit to the follow up on quote for a future repair, it was a pleasure doing business with Blaine. They will be the first company I contact for any future window needs!

We were looking for an unusual fastener for our screen door and after several attempts we came to Blaine. The young lady at the counter took our sample and brought back the replaces.
