Francis was very helpful questions about Whirlpool. He let me look at the floor model and even printed out the specs. I will be going back to discuss more about that specific one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My freezer was doing horrible things to my food and I needed to replace the GE gasket. I called GE and was told they discontinued the gasket. I said that the refirgerator is fine, I just need the gasket. They told me, Sorry, can't help. We have always used Apache for the past many years, so I called them. I wanted another GE and was told that it would be ordered for me. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that the model I had ordered was no longer available (and I had not been notified- not good for Apache) However, I spoke to Francis and he saved the day. I called Apache and Gary came out to repair the GE dryer we bought from them 3 yrs ago. It was human error on my part that the dryer was not working properly. He got the part and repaired the dryer in 11/2 hours. The dryer works like a dream and that's why we purchase all our appliances from Apache. We have been buying appliances from them for the last 25 years and would not go anywhere else.
