We had Ana's come for a deep clean after not having consistent cleaners due to COVID and having issues with Maid Brigade. I was hopeful they would do well as I've seen them come to our neighbor's house for years pretty regularly. However, after paying the $250 deep cleaning fee and them leaving I noticed the downstairs (my kids') bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was dirt and hair on the floor, dirt in the tub, dirt and grime around the toilet, and the sink was still dirty (kids are dirty!). I called and spoke to a woman (who I presume is Ana) and made an appointment for her to come to my dad’s home in Silver Spring the following evening at 7:30 PM to do a walk through and provide a free cleaning estimate. The next day at 7:35 PM no one had showed up yet, so I called and the same woman answered and told me she can’t do appointments past 6 and “forgot” to tell me. I’m not sure why she made anappointment for 7:30 to begin with if she wasn’t ever available and then proceeded to not follow up or call with an update. After we spoke the first time she even asked me to text her confirming our appointment details, so I know it wasn’t a miscommunication... read full review
