I had a 3:30 appointment wasn’t seen until almost 5pm .. by the time the service was done only me and the person who did my hair was left in the shop it was late and I didn’t not want to keep her there alone because I wasn’t satisfied I paid her and tipped her then I text the owner letting her know I was not satisfied and I would like for it to be fixed she was very rude, unprofessional and unladylike like she blocked me before I was able to send her pictures and told me she wasn’t fixing itService: Hairstyling

I've been trying to find a good, fair, and PROFESSIONAL African hair braiding studio to do my tribal cornrows, but after seeing the rude and unprofessional response from the salon to the person who expressed "their experience" with the salon, I've decided to save myself the headache and PASS.I can't stand bad customer service. A good business person would have taken the high road and tried to defuse the conflict not encourage it with snarky defensive reactions to bad reviews.

She didn’t have the products to do the feed ins and charged extra for hair...my corn rolls look like I had them in for a few days the same day I got it done...she was going to put gel in my hair...I never had gel put in my hair for feed ins...I can not and will not ever go there againService: Hairstyling
