ACORN BUILDING SERVICES started serving the Baltimore - Washington, DC metro and Northern Virginia areas since 2002 providing janitorial services to commercial clients. Construction services were initiated in 2004 to provide a single source Contractor for Residential Turnovers for our Property Management customers. We expanded our services to include post construction cleaning, power washing, graffiti removal, low-rise window washing. Our customer base includes General Contractors, Retail Businesses and Property Managers. All employees receive OSHA Safety training and Supervisors have American Red Cross certifications, Minority Certifications: MDOT-MBE/DBE, WMATA-DBE. Montgomery/Maryland SBR.
