If your goal is to obtain fingerprints for background checking purposes, visa applications, etc.., this place will get it done! However, just beware the front desk personnel is brash and customer service is not his strength. Good luck!

Service: fingerprints for WCHGP (Found out he also does DC and Utah). Not sure why the ratings are so low - I didn't have any issues. The 1 stars I would assume are from entitled or petty individuals. Great experience. Quick and efficient, even better that I live in walking distance. Very knowledgeable. And most of all, answered the phone!!!! (dying quality in businesses nowadays)

I parked on the side of the building, walked to the door to the building, and the door was locked. Thankfully, someone walked up and knew the code to get in. So I got in, and went up the scary elevator, and walked to the office. The office was also locked, so I had to knock and wait for someone to let me in. Once I was inside, I saw a sign that they had that said they didn’t have parking and that my car would be towed. I had only been there about 5 minutes and as I ran back down (with baby in stroller) I saw that they were about to tow my car.
