“The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!“

The first time he came, he spotted the issue right away and told me how to defrost the unit so that he could come back the next day to fix it without having to charge me while he defrosted it. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things. Very fairly priced as well. Will always call him from here on out!“

09/07/24 Update - had another great service call! We called after hours on a Saturday & left a message. They responded promptly with a return call, apologized for missing the call & someone got to our house within about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and we have a plan to fix it! The contractor that came out was professional, personable, and informative!“

“Would give Justin 10 stars if I could. He came out for a HVAC leak in our attic. Ultimately had to replace some duct work and an overflow pan that was NOT accomplished by another company we paid 14 thousand dollars to for a new system just a couple of years ago. Will use this company exclusively from now on. Justin and the other tech (whose name my mind erased..lol) were professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. I can't thank them enough.“
