I was skeptical when I first saw the sign outside her studio. The price of the deal she has going on was too good to be true. But I’m a broke college student so I figured why not give it a try. Upon speaking with the owner, Ellen, her story was just truly inspiring to why she created the deal and I truly appreciated her honesty. She’s such a genuine and sweet lady. I figured I’d write a review of my good experience, but also because when looking at the other reviews, most are years old, and I have yet to see a review with a picture from a college aged person. If you are needing a hair cut, come check her out. I am incredibly happy with my cut! My hair feels so full and it looks beautiful.
Chevy and her crew member were here for several hours cleaning all those areas I don’t want to as we get ready to put our house for sale. They were prompt, courteous, and professional and did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone! We had two areas of carpet that had tape residue and a coffee stain. We tried shampooing and scrubbing with resolve and they (the stains) laughed at us. Chevy & her team mate GOT THEM OUT! Like it never happened!! I will have them back once the house is under contract and ready to go to it’s next owner! Great job!!!

I sent an email to Harrell's on Sunday about an issue. On Monday morning I had a response with a technician at my home that afternoon. The technicians were very professional, helped put the App on my phone and addressed all of my issues very clearly. We are very pleased with their service and strongly recommend them.
