Wow - Rick’s team knocked it out of the park! We previously used another popular local contractor for a major project in our home, and had a so-so experience. We will only use WR Flater from now on. The workers were courteous and professional. They helped us navigate making decisions when unforeseen hiccups inevitably arose with our bathroom remodel. It’s refreshing to find a company who is genuinely honest and strives to do things the right way. We changed our minds about one small design aspect when the project was near completion. They showed no frustration with us and quickly adjusted things to our preference. At one point, our child with special needs put a large hole in a wall. They patched it for us while they were out working. It’s hard to find both skilled workers and genuinely good people in the same place, but you will find that Rick and his team are the rare exception.
Communication for our project between us and the Project Lead was great and everything was completed in a timely fashion. The carpenters and craftsmen they use at this company are outstanding, with a lot of skill. They were also, individually, very polite and courteous which matters. Clean up was fantastic and they couldn't have been more enjoyable to have around the house for a couple of weeks!
