From the moment I arrived, Dr. Moncada and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel heard, reassured, and comfortable. They took the time to explain my options and offered solutions to help ease the anxiety I was carrying from my previous experience. Upon examination, it was determined that I would need quick intervention to avoid further damage and Dr. Moncada and his team fit me in for a procedure same day. Dr. Moncada skillfully corrected a procedure that had been mishandled by another dentist, and I left feeling not just relieved, but genuinely grateful.
