“In various forms and episodes, I've used the services of Mayberry Physiotherapy for several years, primarily to address the consequences of injury + COVID lockdown atrophy on my musculoskeletal health. In that regard, I primarily have been a knee + hip patient. Although I technically have been a professional athlete, and I have exposure to a number of different fitness regimes such as high intensity interval training, Nate taught me a different way of viewing the athletic training, preparation, and rehabilitation process. Most physical therapists you see are focused on gentler exercises that are at the level of elderly and ailing patients, but Nate also (he has done a significant amount of work with neuro patients, for example) understands that athletes and active people probably need more intense therapies to address severe muscle imbalances, where the patient may retain the ability to perform activities of daily living or even sports. Nate's dry needling and stimulation helped to accelerate my injury recovery, and his teaching methods helped me to understand not just the types of exercises my body needed, but the intensity level that would be productive as part of the healing and strengthening process. I continue to use the knowledge he imparted to prevent future injury, and if I do get significantly injured again, Nate will be my first choice.“

“I would give Annapolis Physical Therapy 10 stars if I could! I started PT (in January and went through until June) with neck and shoulder pain it was so unbearable i could hardly move my neck at all. When I called for an appointment "Debbie" who scheduled my appointment was so compassionate and understanding and worked with me each month to schedule all my appointments getting me the times that worked best for me, she was just great and each time greeted all the clients with a smile. My 2 main therapist were WHITNEY AND MAKAYLA, I don't think i can say enough good things about both of these therapist. each time i went they worked with me and really listened to how i was feeling and what routines were best for me each time. They also have other assistants that helped out so I was never left without someone helping out in any way was needed. i just received the VERY BEST care there i could have ever hoped for, AND i FEEL 100% BETTER THANKS TO ALL OF THEM! “We can not sing the praises loud enough for Dr. Ashley. My daughter was having some foot pain while dancing that other orthopedics dismissed as an anatomy problem, put her in orthotics and would have preferred she just stopped dancing. The injury climaxed one day and she could not put any weight at all on her foot without extreme pain. Dr. Ashley was able to fit us in that day and after a long session my daughter was able to walk with greatly reduced pain. My daughter called her a magician. Dr. Ashley realized it was a tendentious issue and in just over a month of focused PT, wearing a boot and lots of ice baths, she was able to have my daughter pain free and dancing without restrictions. Dr. Ashley is just a delight to work with, and her ability to connect with my daughter and put me at ease was so valuable. I went from feeling I was going to have to say dance was over to now having such a valuable resource on our team.“

“LOVE this establishment. I went for OT with Tara Carloni for about 9 months. I soley worked with her but the techs and the rest of the staff were always so kind and professional. Tara is a master of her craft and the best in her field. By working with my left hand/arm which Doctors thought I may never be able to use again, Tara gave me my life back. It wasn't the same before working with her and I wouldn't have gotten nearly as far with anyone else. Not only that, but her warmth and positive attitude were a huge help in my healing journey. Tara truly cares about her patients, takes the time to listen, and is full of so much knowledge she can find a solution to anything. I cannot recommend her or this practice enough!“
