I had a HORRIBLE experience. My insurance covered the visit. I paid for the visit. My insurance covered. Insurance paid through a EFT but eastern does not accept EFT. the secretary @ eastern told me to contact my insurance. Insurance said payment already went out. Secretary said nothing she could do & got very nasty to me. Finally she said she would credit my credit card. I said ok then she hung up on me So here I am out $175. Hopefully at some time money will show up on Eastern books. BTW ACUPUNCTURE procedure did not help.
