I broke my knee in May and had to get surgery for the first time ever in my life. I did not expect the challenges that were ahead of me. I could not bend my knee more than 30 degrees when I found AFPT. I coordinated with Whitney and she made my game plan. When I met Whitney she told me her story when she had an injury similar to mine and it made me feel like I was at the right place. She made me feel like if she can recover from an injury like that, than so can I. There were many challenging days I just wanted to give up and really didn’t want to care about how I’ll walk after my leg healed. But she really pushed me and did not let me quit. I had the absolute pleasure to have met an incredible staff there. Mike has great energy and gave me motivation to work hard and work through my challenges. I became comfortable there, like I was apart of the team. I needed every moment of the time I spent in that gym and needed every single PT and PTA member that was involved in my recovery. I will forever be grateful for each and every one of them. Including Mrs. Debbie that was so nice to me the moment I walked in the door. I absolutely recommend this team and facility. The next time I do anything reckless resulting a serious injury, I will 100% return to AFPT. I trust them and I trust the process. Today was my last day of PT and I feel so incredible. Thank you AFPT💪🏼

If you need a physical therapist, the Severna Park location of Annapolis Family Physical Therapy is the place to go! Whitney is the best PT you could possibly ask for and her PTA, Lauren is fabulous too! They treat you like you're family and they take the time to get to know you, and what motivates you. They motivate you to work hard and better yourself. As long as you pay attention and listen to them, you will leave there better than when you started! They have amazing customer service and Debbie, their receptionist always has a smile. She's super helpful and explains things and does her best to get you in with who you want and in a time that works for you! I would never go anywhere else!!
