We were searching for someone to do our taxes that was closer to us. We were referred to Anchor CPA by a friend. What we found was a highly priced cpa who does not answer a question without billing you. We asked them to follow up on funds that were due from the state, and were billed for this request but we have heard nothing from them or the state. When checking they said we could do it ourselves . In all my years of dealing with accountants I have never experienced a company like Anchor. As someone who has a straight forward tax return we paid HUNDREDS more than anyone else I've ever dealt with. They will bill you for any phone call or email. If you are looking for an expensive CPA, you'll want to use them.
