Phil Schaefer is the BEST contractor I have ever worked with. He is "skilled" professional, detail-oriented, reliable, friendly. His prices are reasonable. He really wants his customers to be satisfied. He did a master bathroom remodel and other renovations. I highly recommend him.

Phill did a great job tiling 2 rooms in our basement, installing radiant floor heating in one room and installing a backsplash as well as several small jobs around my house. His work was very neat and meticulous and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Highly Recommend!

Phillip gave us an estimate for two bathrooms to be remodeled before we listed our house for sale, he asked good questions to get an idea of budget and taste. He recommended some ideas and showed us how it was implemented on other jobs. He did both bathrooms in about a week. His work was extremely clean and neat, his fit and finish was impeccable. His price was right on with his estimate. He was quick to call if he had a question and to keep us updated. He is great to work with and would absolutley use him again.
