“When I took Zeus to petco I always left feeling like I paid for more than what I actually got. So I decided to go local and see if I couldn’t find someone better! Went on a whim and came to Kimberly and WOW!! Zeus is usually timid about leaving me but he was immediately comfortable with her and had no issue being taken away. The photos she took of him were a personal touch that I absolutely loved. He came back smelling so good, and with virtually no Shedding! She will be my new go to since it was an all around positive experience and I can tell she out time and care into grooming him.“

My dog no longer has that timid or hurried look she’s had previously at places like Petco. “My border collie, Mia, has been going to Wagging Lounge Resort since she was first vaccinated as a puppy. Now four years old, she still loves it as much as ever, both the people and the dogs. The team there captures amazing photos and fun music videos, giving us a glimpse of how much our fur babies are enjoying themselves. I would easily rate this place a 10! I never have to worry about Mia when she's there. She's also been boarded at Wagging Lounge, and because she's so familiar with it, she treats it like her second home. Thank you, Wagging Lounge!“

“We have been bringing our Irish Terrier here for 6 years, and every time she leaves looking fantastic. Astrid is the only one our dog will allow to cut her nails, and I mean only! Astrid and her team put up with our little gremlin's drama every single time for months until eventually, Piper will now sit still and chill out for nail trimming.

I absolutely recommend this team. Make sure your dog has exercised first though! They'll be there for a while and it's kinder as an owner and to the team to do your part and let the dog be worn out first.

This is my favorite grooming spot, even though I've learned how to do some of the techniques myself, and I've moved a few hours away, when I come down to visit, I will still make time to take my dog here for nails and a complete groom, nowhere else.“

“They took my pup in when others won't. I don't know what it's like behind scenes but they love on him in front of me and there's the only place he ISNT aggressive and shaking. And they are a pretty fair price for taking in the bad bunch they do. Only bad thing is they like to never answer phones when i want to make an appointment.“

“Updating this review. The staff and management reached out. As mentioned before I was late, but upset due to the inflexible nature of the situation. They have been understanding and discussed their challenges in detail. I have (probably exhaustively) explained my issues with some of their procedures. But I am happy with the adjustments made and appreciate the staffs efforts. So am adjusting my review.

Been a client of this vet office for nearly 30 years. Since the new leadership has taken over, the personal care has been dramatically reduced. After trying to get a allergy treatment for my dog for months and trying to get them to order it. On the day to pick up the meds and be instructed on the meds use I was 16 minutes late due to traffic. Was called as I parked that they canceled my appointment and I shouldn't bother walking in.“

“Took my Golden Retriever in for microchipping. Want to make sure that if he ever runs off I'm able to get them back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also gave him a thorough check out and he is ready to go.“

“Stopped in for the first time to buy some dog food that I don’t see at Pet Smart, which is close by. They have a large variety of food and treats for your fur family members. Of course, they don’t carry everything but they surprisingly carried freeze-dried raw foods that I can’t get through Chewy. This is a 15 minute drive vs the 30 mins to Annapolis. The staff was very nice and friendly. I’ll be back for future purchases.“

“No one will help the stray cat I found all the other hospitals asked for money first this hospital took in my cat immediately and help me apply for financing and their prices were 50 less then all the hospitals i called . Very compassionate dr and staff. Highly recommend them.“

“Alpha Vet Center is the best! We have a Jindo rescued from a Korean dog meat farm. Because of his past, he is very shy and terrified of people, through no fault of his own. The doctors suggested a combo of meds that would relax our dog, and we gave them to him before our appointment. Our vet visit was the most positive experience ever! Dr. Burton and techs were wonderful and very gentle with him. They made our dog feel at ease and comfortable. He even took treats from them which he has never done with strangers. The exam was a success, and we are very pleased. As a former vet receptionist and retired groomer, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you need a quality vet hospital with a caring compassionate team, this is the one to go to. You won't be disappointed. We are very happy with them and so is our doggy :)“

“The clinic is very clean and the staff is super friendly my two had gotten kennel cough no place had appointments available immediately, I like the way the staffs treats the animals only 2 other dogs came and the staff was very inviting so I'm sold and my dogs seem very comfortable which is major points for me.“
