Absolutely terrible! You get get a much better and cheaper trainer at your local pet store. The teacher was a bully, nasty, and arrogant. Instead of teaching, she sat around and bragged about how a wonderful trainer she was....which she was not. Actual teaching lasted about 20 minutes even though her website says 1.5 hour long class. Terrible!
