Stephen came out within scheduled timeframe. Quickly diagnosed clog defrost drain process on Frig/Freezer. Throughly took everything apart and addressed root cause. He also laid down tarp as he removed ice build up under freezer drawer. Several years ago Dremus repaired defective ice maker. That service was as equally professional.

12/4/23. Dremus came to my house to replace my door handle to the microwave. I was really in need for it because I’ve been struggling with finding a trustworthy company with empathy.

I recently bought a home and my washer was not working, I googled and I saw Dremus appliance repair, I called Dremus appliance repair and I received a fast response. Stephen came the same day to look at washer and he know the problem after running the machine, he told me he will order a part that broke causing the washer stopping in a middle of a circle. The part came the next day and he came the next day to install it and my washer was working great, I was so happy and the price was true good to be true, he was very nice, very friendly and he educated me as well to avoid this not to happen again, its been 3 years now and my washer still works.
