“Rob and his team (Hammis, Darwin, Erickson, Paulo, Raul, Tony, and Miguel) at Best Buy really helped us out. We moved into a house that, unbeknownst to us, had serious issues with not only basement flooding, but the actual water table. The previous owners had installed gutter systems, runoff drains, and an inadequate French drain system in attempts to stop basement flooding. Rob was able to assess right away that the basement leaks were from the water table being so high, it was submerging the basement at all times, and that water management would be necessary to avoid/stop foundational damage. Rob’s team installed a heavy duty sump pump all the way down to the water table, a drainage system around the perimeter and interior of the basement walls, performed mold remediation, and installed a full vapor barrier, plus a drain grate outside the basement. They got everything done in a day! And when we had an issue with our very old spigot getting stripped and leaking after they’d used it for mixing concrete, they listened and took care of the plumbing repairs without hassle.

Hands down recommend Best Buy to anyone who has a leaking basement. They will take care of it the right way and might even save your home!“

“This spring, it was time to take in a deep breath and budget for a new roof for our 128-year-old historic home. We got referrals and recommendations from trusted sources and selected 5 local roofing companies to consider. The on-site project manager (Flaco) supervised a very efficient 7-man crew (who worked until dark to get the job done in one day).
