My mom-in-law and I decided to get tattoos. Cool huh? Both are simple designs but we'd never done this before. A friend of mine suggested Raven and Rose, and we're really glad that she did. I submitted info via their online contact form and Laura quickly got back to me. We went back and forth a bit via emails on details because, again, our first times. Had a fantastic experience. Laura is great and could not be better. She was really REALLY concerned that we were 100% comfortable before, during, and after. We had lots of questions and she had lots of answers. Each of our tattoos took just 30-40 minutes, so not very large or intricate. She constantly checked in with us during the process. Lots of small talk which she even said ahead of time would help mitigate the very minor uncomfortableness of being poked by a needle thousands of times in the same place. It worked. Laura, and the whole studio, could not have been better. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend R&R for any tattooing and related artwork. We're both really happy with what we now have.

All Aspects Waterproofing did an excellent job waterproofing out basement. The were easy to work with and communicative. After receiving numerous very high priced quotes, it was refreshing to have a company tell me the exact problem and the ideal solutions to it. They were not interested in selling a bunch of unnecessary products. There was no pressure on making a decision. The work crew was extremely professional and respectful. They left our basement and property exactly how they found it.
Our slate roof was in good condition having been maintained by general roofing companies in the area for decades. I called Durable Slate because I wanted to work with a company that specialized in slate roofs to ensure the longevity of this roof in an area where many are being replaced with other products. Durable Slate provided a good condition report and worked with us to phase the work needed to reach our goals. The entire staff communicated effectively and the on site crew was top notch. Even being located a few hours from their Savage office, it was like working with a company right here in town. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Durable Slate to maintain our roof for years to come.
I had such a great experience with Desiree. Our photo shoot was so relaxing, and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I didn’t have to think about how to pose, because she knew exactly how to pose me. There was a area for my son to play, and she was really patient with him too. Other reviews will say they were unhappy with the time is took to get a email response, but I was never bothered by any gap of communication because when I got an email it was very thorough, and they were really professional. I’m so excited to get our photos back, but from what we saw in our gallery, I’m definitely recommending them to others.
