We were aware prior to the job that multiple areas of our roof needed new decking. We also had inadequate ventilation which lead to roof failure. All of the old decking was removed and replaced they were also sure to put proper ventilation. They were very respectful of our property and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Our roof and gutters were completed in less than two days. The 21 windows we had replaced were done in a single day. They even cleaned the windows after they were done. I worked with Chance and he stated that he would work with my insurance company to get funds for the job and to my surprise he did just that. My insurance company came out and did an inspection and I began receiving funds in my account. HomeTech worked with me on a date for installation and on that day a crew showed up early and worked through the entire day including cleanup and now I have a beautiful new roof with a warranty.
