“Called to get my gas fireplace checked out, since it wasn't igniting. Isak came out to do the diagnostic, quickly determined the issue, gave me an invoice, and got me set up for installation. Repair day came, and Isak returned with Tyler to put my fireplace right. On both visits, they were incredibly respectful, tidy, and quiet (we work from home). They also did a great job letting me know what was wrong, were not pushy about any add-ons or service plans, although I WOULD recommend considering their service plan for the price-to-service ratio.
