“I just had a great experience with Rice's Pest Control. I called them on Wednesday and was hoping someone could come out soon, as I was having a carpenter ant issue. I talked to Betty and she was super friendly and informative. Brandon, the technician, was able to come out yesterday and do a one time service on my home. Crawl space, house (inside and out including attic), shed, and detached garage. He was very professional and talked to me about everything he saw and serviced. I also talked to Stacie the following day, and she reminded me that they can come back within 30 days to check and make sure they don't see anything else, as part of the original cost.
