Very accommodating, professional and we are so happy we found them! We hate being faced with sedating our difficult rough collie shepherd so we tried Lotus. we are so happy. They handled him without making us sedate him, did all his shots and tests needed and suggested ways to help him be calm before his next appointment like bringing him in just to visit. we have put off vet visits because of old vets sedation insistence. We are so relieved and hope they stay in town forever!!!!
My 11 yr. old hound mix Sadie, needed immediate care. Her regular vet and several others that I called could not take her for 2-3 weeks at the earliest. The other Pet ER is Salisbury was closed. I was so impressed with the Vet Techs and receptionist at Lotus. Although they already had a full schedule the receptionist offered to have one of the techs come out to my car to look at Sadie. She checked her heartbeat and immediately carried 65lb Sadie into one of the exam rooms and gave her oxygen. Each of the 3 vet techs compassionately cared for Sadie. The doctor was very upfront with next steps and not looking to run a lot of unnecessary and expensive tests. I was very pleased... read full review
Dr. Me takes care of all my animals and he’s always fantastic. But today showed me how amazing he really is. Yesterday my pug had an enlarged heart and blockage he referred me out and yet we just couldn’t do anything. His office was closed today but he met me in his office and redid X-rays and tried everything before coming to the conclusion it was best to end her suffering. He was kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to try and save Gertie. When we had to decide that it was best to end her pain he made sure she was in my arms and was held and loved and she crossed the rainbow bridge.
